We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner must be highly organized and an effective written and verbal communicator, with the ability to prioritize and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency. Our Recruiters are collaborative, partnering directly with hiring leaders and the HR team daily and have a people first mindset with a focus on delivering a world class candidate experience to every  candidate. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers & recruiting to build effective sourcing/recruiting strategy with an ability to manage hiring manager and candidate expectations.
  • Optimize recruiting programs and partner with team members on critical recruiting initiatives that drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline, report on metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather data and communicate insights to help educate leaders on the talent marketplace and influence diversity.
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates at all levels and strong knowledge of sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Facilitate behavioral assessment interviewing techniques to help eliminate unconscious bias throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews in a high-volume environment while providing an amazing candidate experience.
  • Help write and post job descriptions on career websites and universities boards.
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods, retention strategies, and interview questions.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods/trends and games industry news.
  • Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects, programs, and retention strategies.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Represents and promotes Survios to potential applicants by providing accurate information and responding to questions.
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve processes.
  • Demo our products to candidates when they are onsite at our studio.
  • Represent and Help promote Survios’ culture.
  • Provides mentorship to junior recruiters.
  • Help host and plan internal events for employees.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience of gaming and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting at all levels from entry through executive in a variety of functions, preferably including but not limited to:  Business Development, Game Development (Art, Audio, Design, Engineering, Production, QA),  IT, Marketing, & People Operations.
  • Experience reporting against recruiting metrics/ results to hiring leaders and business partners.
  • Experience working with recruiting including applicant tracking systems, talent relationship management tools and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and G Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of audiences.
  • Positive, charismatic attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible.
  • Utilizes data to drive decisions around processes.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and excellent follow through skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.

  • Solid knowledge of recruiting policies and best practices.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Supports workplace diversity.

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience working in the Games Industry.
  • Experience in the Event/Hospitality Industry.
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
  • A passion for VR & Gaming.
  • A love for fun and dogs.
