  • Responsible for editing, mixing and implementation of all dialogue assets.
  • Ensure VO mastering and editorial quality meets project specifications.
  • Collaborate with audio, narrative, design, engineering and tools team to develop the VO pipeline, and build systems and tools to establish an efficient VO production and integration process.
  • Collaborate with narrative, design and audio to establish the creative direction and drive dialogue quality in the game.
  • Assist with casting, voice-over recording and performance capture.
  • Assist with establishing standards and best practices for dialogue outside of the core audio department.
  • Be an advocate for audio to non-audio teams and partner with them to find the best possible audio solutions to challenges.


  • 3+ years minimum experience in a Dialogue Design role is required.
  • Experience in commonly available DAWs such as Reaper, Nuendo, Pro Tools, etc.
  • Expertise using creative sound design tools and techniques for audio processing of dialogue.
  • Experience with voice-over direction, sessions and production.
  • Experience with dialogue implementation in Wwise via Unreal Engine 4.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage large quantities of game dialog content delivered by vendors that meet project specifications and creative bar.
  • Ability to work independently and organize pipelines.
  • Can multitask and handle several tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration.


  • Experience with VR/AR development.
  • Familiarity with 3D spatialized audio.
  • Experience mixing in 5.1 and 7.1 surround for games and linear media.
  • Knowledge of and experience with current Union contract agreements (SAG, AFTRA).
  • Light programming, scripting, or UE4 Blueprint experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in either Music Technology, Audio Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
