Experience Electronauts & Feel the VR Vibes at EDC Vegas This Weekend

Electronauts and Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC): these surreal electronic experiences will finally meet this weekend at EDC Las Vegas in an inspired collision of sound and spectacle. Electronauts will be showcased at the iconic festival’s inaugural EDCVR area, , a new experience that combines the magic of EDC with the vibrant world of virtual reality.

Electronauts lets music lovers and creators of all ability levels to remix, recompose, jam, and perform on uniquely designed electronic instruments. What’s even cooler is that three of Electronauts’ artists—12th Planet, Bijou, and Yellow Claw—are on the EDC Las Vegas lineup.  12th Planet and Bijou are even slated to stop by EDCVR to bring their own futuristic spin to their respective featured tracks.

12th Planet’s “Let Me Help You (ft. Taylr Renee)” turns its synth stabs, dynamic percussion, and vocals into free-flowing remix components. For those who are all about the bass, Bijou’s thumper of a track “Gotta Shine (ft. Germ)” gives players builds, drops, breaks, and vocals to arrange however they desire. And trap bangers can delve into the fierce Eastern hip-hop vibes of “New World” by Krewella and Yellow Claw.

Attendees can experience Electronauts at EDCVR in Carnival Square every night of EDC Vegas, which kicks off Friday, May 18, at 8pm, and runs dusk-to-dawn through Sunday, May 20. Be sure to follow Electronauts on Instagram for live posts and stories from the festival!
