Product Marketing Manager (Contract to Hire)

We’re constantly pushing the boundaries of VR, and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help bring our vision and products to the world. As PMM, you will be the driving force in building and fostering relationships between Survios and the passionate community of VR enthusiasts and bringing VR to the mainstream of consumers.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop, orchestrate and execute comprehensive global marketing plans for assigned products including maintaining brand, developer and vendor relationships.
  • Experience in Creative Direction (Marketing Assets including trailers, screenshots, logos, print/digital/social media ads)
  • Event & Experiential Marketing
  • Has experience developing and launching products.
  • Has experience building brands.
  • Has experience driving community growth around products/brands.
  • Guide the development of the social media/digital communications strategy, work with agency vendors on execution, monitor performance, communicate program value within the larger marketing objectives and optimize programs based on results.
  • Manage the development of advertising, promotions, media plans, direct marketing and/or PR activities on assigned titles.  
  • Maintain deliverable dates and be accountable for timely delivery of materials.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure dev/PD, consumer marketing, digital marketing, PR, research, trade and sales execution is aligned with strategic and financial goals.
  • Manage various agencies to deliver compelling materials on brand, on time and on budget.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop supporting materials.
  • Manage relationships and activities with key external partners such as agencies, first party, and promotional partners.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Coursework emphasis in business/marketing/communications strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years work experience in marketing of videogames or marketing preferred.
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
  • Possesses a strong passion of the gaming business.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, data analysis, campaign optimization and the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Top quality presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and presentation software programs required.
  • Ability to analyze a variety of data and identify marketing trends.
  • High degree of comfort managing multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires some travel.
  • Working in VR games (a plus)
