Survios is looking for a high performing, experienced Product Manager with an unreasonably high quality bar to deliver e-commerce innovation for the emerging business category of location-based VR entertainment.  

At Survios, you can be on the forefront of re-imagining the fantastical arcade experience and combine your experience honed in mobile phone-based applications and interfaces to drive click throughs, opt-ins, purchases, and other KPI for a curious and voracious audience base.  We are a hands-on, fast-paced environment; therefore, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, passionate about identifying and fulfilling customer needs, solution-focused and able to work autonomously with an openness to change.


  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of marketing, business development, retail staff and 3rd party partners and stakeholders to develop a consumer facing product that contextualizes VR for the average prospective customer
  • Work with external developers and internal cross-functional departments to develop products and features from project initiation to launch and beyond
  • Initiates product briefs and leads development with external partners through lab validation, pilot & line trial, and first production
  • Collaborates with finance team to develop the full spectrum of analyses and data gathering for robust reporting
  • Partners with Regulatory/Legal to ensure product compliance and supports testing initiatives


  • 5+ years of Product Development experience
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with various deadlines
  • Proven ability to develop high quality products, within cost, and on time
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic and track record of high productivity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, solution-focused and able to work autonomously
  • Experienced in collecting customer data, distilling data into customer needs, developing use-cases and customer personas, and designing solutions to solve these needs
  • Strong sense of urgency and a philosophy to test MVPs as part of the product design process
  • Excellent collaborator
  • Flexible team player who is looking to thrive in a fast-growing environment
  • Working knowledge of competitive products with a passion for the industry
